Education & Employment (Lived Experience Trainers) 2025

We create job opportunities for individuals with lived experience of the justice system, providing them with paid training roles.

These individuals then work with the Antz Junction team to provide training to organisations, businesses, and all sectors.

By doing things this way, businesses see a bigger impact, and it helps bring down walls between decision-makers and people from less privileged backgrounds, including those people with lived experience of the prison system.

According to the latest data, between April 2022 and March 2023 80.6% of prison leavers who do not secure employment during this critical period, we want to support the 80%.
